This hotel has a great location near the mountains and in a quiet area of Las Aguas, which made my stay very peaceful. Additionally, the staff was very welcoming and helpful during my stay. Cleanliness standards were also maintained throughout the hotel, including the rooms and the breakfast area, which was a huge plus.

For us, this hotel was ideal and we did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay.

Although the hotel offers a great value in comparison to other options in the city, the location is a bit farther away from the city center.

The price was not always what was advertised, and we ended up paying more than we expected due to hidden costs. the front door was sometimes locked, which made it inconvenient to come and go.
